Jen

Jen is located in sunny South Florida. She has worked in the field of education for 18 years, first as a school psychologist, and for the last 11 years as a college counselor in a private high school where she has passionately guided and assisted her students with their college journey. She has experience with all types of college applications, creating college lists, resume building, interview preparation, essay writing, financial aid applications, and scholarship search and assistance. Jen is a member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), the Southern Association for College Admission Counseling (SACAC), and the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP). She graduated from the University of Miami with a B.S. in Psychology and Elementary Education. She also earned her Educational Specialist’s degree in Educational Psychology from Florida International University. Jen finds much joy and pride in observing a student’s personal and emotional growth throughout the college application process. She believes that the youth of today have incredible capacity, empathy, and awareness to create a better world for the generations that will follow.
